MLS & More Service Package

Select Services Realty is responsible for the following: 

• Placing your property info in the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
• Including your property information in the MLS data feed (IDX – Internet Data Exchange) for distribution to numerous real estate websites across the Internet.
• Providing a yard sign with our company logo and contact information.
• Basic assistance in the presentation and negotiation of any offers to purchase

 Seller is responsible for the following:

• Compiling all property information on form provided by Select Services Realty
• Providing one exterior, and four interior photographs of the property
• Scheduling, and providing property access for all showings
• Offering additional compensation (payable at closing) for any broker representing your buyer
• One-year Buyer Exclusive Agency Agreement for the purchase of your next property.

Similar to our Basic Package, our MLS & MORE Service package still offers considerable savings, but provides much more marketing punch.  While your property still appears in the MLS, it is also included in a data feed which distributes your property information to numerous websites across the internet, including Realtor.com.  According to the National Association of REALTORS, over 80% of today’s homebuyers start their new home search on the internet.  Additional online exposure can reach more potential buyers, thus helping a property to sell for a higher price and in less time. 

Sellers also have the option to upgrade to our Full Service Package at any time, with no additional cost. Any fees already paid are credited against what is owed when the property sells, at closing.  Rest assured, you can choose the MLS & More Package without having to worry about losing your up-front investment.

We designed our MLS & More Service Package to still provide sellers considerable savings, but also provide increased marketing exposure.  You can now decide the level of services you wish to purchase, and how much you wish to save.    When your property sells, we will be there to help you locate and purchase your next one.  Since compensation for buyers’ agents is typically offered and paid by sellers, a buyer agent’s services are essentially “included” with the purchase price of the new property.  When an extra set (or a thousand extra sets) of eyes are needed, the MLS & More Package might just be the perfect fit.
