The Premium Package provides the best service we offer. It is also the most effective in actually getting properties sold. A full-time, experienced REALTOR guides sellers through every step of the process, beginning with a personal consultation. At this meeting, we determine what timing and financial objectives need to be met in the sale of your property. We provide an overview of how the real estate market functions, and an in depth explanation of our marketing tools and strategies. We research data from previous sales, and analyze the existence of competitive market pressures that could impact the value of your property.
Our Premium Package also includes a number of extra services that help sell properties for more money, in less time, with fewer hassles.
Select Services Realty is responsible for the following:
- Compiling all property information for input into the MLS
- Placing your property info in the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
- Including your property information in the MLS data feed (IDX – Internet Data Exchange) for distribution to numerous real estate websites across the Internet.
- Providing a yard sign with our company logo and contact information.
- Taking interior and exterior photographs of the property.
- Creating a virtual tour
- Installing a secure key box, enabling the property to be shown without the seller having to be present.
- Scheduling and confirmation of all showings.
- Soliciting feedback from buyer agents for all completed showings
- 24/7 access to property information from the curb, powered by VoicePad.
- Periodic updates on marketing effectiveness with tracking data from our marketing tools
- Expert negotiation of offers to purchase, and complete transaction facilitation through closing.

We still believe very strongly that good REALTORS make a huge difference in creating successful sales. While not everyone is ready, or able for such a commitment initially, our experience shows us that many conclude that a REALTOR’s help is ultimately needed. Our Premium Package provides the most marketing muscle, and greatest odds of success. There is no up-front cost, and we never charge a penny more than what is mutually agreeable. If we fail to get it sold, you pay us nothing!
