Our Story
Select Services Realty exists to provide homeowners more choices, and greater flexibility, in the sale of their home. For generations, the real estate brokerage industry has used an “All or Nothing” approach to marketing services, leaving homeowners with basically two choices:
- List with a Broker and receive an entire marketing plan (i.e. buy the whole enchilada), or;
- For Sale By Owner
We believe traditional, full-service, real estate marketing is still the most effective way to get a home sold for the highest price, in the least amount of time. However, does one size truly fit all?
First and foremost, Select Services Realty is dedicated to helping people. Frustrated by the “One-Size-Fits-All” tradition of the brokerage industry, we asked ourselves, “What’s most important, doing business in a way that serves our interest, or providing service that best fits our customers’ needs?” We agreed on the latter. Providing more choices for homeowners will, we believe, allow us to help more people make a successful move.
IT’S REALITY, today’s homeowner is more informed, and more sophisticated than ever. Why pay someone else to do something you are perfectly capable of doing yourself? You shouldn’t, unless necessary! From that belief, Select Services Realty was born.
